DAY 01:             CANTHO – TRAON – CHOLACH (L,D)
	11h00, transfer by local boat to explore the Cairang market, one of the most bustling floating markets in the whole Mekong Delta. We go for a walk through the palm-shaded creek to see local houses and green orchards. Embarking on Le Cochinchine boat and enjoying a welcome drink Boarding back Le Cochinchine to continue to Tra On. Lunch served on board. Leisurely cruise down the Mekong while enjoying the beautiful scenery Walks or cycling on the footpaths of the countryside amongst pleasant villages to discover the local life style on the Mekong Delta. You have opportunity to meet the local people, see many orchards & endless rice fields. Back to our boat & enjoy an aperitif and a foot massage at the magnificent sunset on the Mangthit canal and Nicola river. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 02:             CHO LACH – CAIBE - SADEC (B,L,D)
	Breakfast on board over splendid sunrise on the Mekong. Walks /cycle amongst the lush vegetation to visit the fruit farm and meet the local people on the small island in Caibe. Le Cochinchine set sails again to Sadec while lunch is served on board. Visit bricks and tiles kilns and the manufacture of earthenware pots on a bank of river. Walks or cycle amongst the ever blossoming Sadec flower village, local industries and Caodai Temple, the local market and following the tracks of French novelist Marguerite Duras. Boarding back at with an aperitif while cruising down to Caithia. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 03:             CAIBE DEPARTURE (B)
	After the breakfast on board, transfer to discover the Caibe. Transfer to a local boat for an extensive visit of Cai Be: the floating market, the mazes of waterway, local pop-rice and sweets production, the old house,…. Sample local sweets and fruits during the trip. The local boat sails through tiny canals and arroyos before bringing you back to the shore. Get off in Cai Be harbour around 11h00. The cruise concludes.
